Sewage Treatment

Wastewater treatment refers to the process of treating the industrial wastewater produced by our company through a series of physical, chemical, and biological techniques to remove or convert harmful substances into harmless ones, ultimately allowing the wastewater to meet the national discharge standards in order to protect the natural environment and human health. Wastewater treatment generally consists of three stages: primary treatment, secondary treatment, and advanced treatment.

After being treated by our company, the wastewater goes through purification processes before it can be discharged indirectly into natural water bodies or reused. Wastewater treatment is an essential aspect of our production process, contributing to environmental protection, ecological improvement, and the enhancement of quality of life.


Organic products refer to fibers that are produced using organic farming methods and then processed into clothing and fabrics through unpolluted or low-pollution processes. Organic farming methods exclude the use of chemical pesticides and synthetic fertilizers, instead utilizing natural fertilizers and natural methods to control pests and diseases. This helps to reduce harm to the environment and human health. The organic products produced by our company include cotton, linen, hemp, and others.


Regenerated fibers refer to fibers that are produced using waste fibers or textiles, as well as other discarded materials. These waste materials are either mechanically opened and reused, or melted or dissolved and then spun into fibers, or further recycled and then re-aggregated and spun into fibers. Due to their use of waste fibers as raw materials and achieving recycling, they are also known as regenerated fibers. The regenerated products produced by our company include polyester, cotton, linen, and viscose, all of which are accompanied by certificates and proof of their sources.

Raw fiber

Flax is a natural fiber extracted from the stem of the flax plant. It is a very ancient fiber that is widely used in the production of clothing, home decor, and industrial materials. Flax fiber has many unique characteristics, including high breathability, strong moisture absorption, wrinkle resistance, durability, and antibacterial properties. These features make flax a highly popular fiber material, especially in the fashion industry.   


Mélange Yarn

Mélange yarn reverses the traditional process of spinning before dyeing, as it involves dyeing the fiber first and then spinning it. Therefore, it has certain advantages in reducing water usage, water pollution, and energy conservation. In the traditional dyeing process, a large amount of water is used for dyeing and washing, resulting in a considerable amount of wastewater containing dyes and chemicals. However, Mélange yarn typically adopts a low water consumption dyeing process, which can significantly reduce water usage and water pollution, contributing to the overall sustainability of the supply chain. Our company is the only enterprise that produces 100% linen Mélange yarn.

Natural dyes

Natural dyes, derived from sources such as flowers, leaves, roots, and barks, have biodegradability and non-toxicity. Compared to synthetic dyes, they do not release harmful chemicals into the environment. Natural dyes are often considered safe for human health as they do not contain common heavy metals or carcinogens found in synthetic dyes. Wearing fabrics dyed with natural plant dyes can be beneficial for individuals with sensitive skin or allergies. Natural dyes offer a range of beautiful and often unique colors that cannot be replicated with synthetic dyes. Their shades may vary due to factors such as plant species, harvesting methods, and dyeing techniques, creating one-of-a-kind and visually appealing effects.
